Orders for products that are currently in stock are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding public holidays.
CUSTOMISED ORDERS
8–10 working days
If your selected product is out of stock and needs to be customized specially for you, please allow 8–10 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.
You’ll be informed of the timeline via WhatsApp after you have placed your order. You can also ask us about a specific design anytime via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

Any product bought from Kaftan.Ae can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:
