Returns:

We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused.
  • It is in its original condition.
  • It is in the original packaging, with tags still attached.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@kaftan.ae or via WhatsApp at +919409985286 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, securely package the item and attach the RMA number label to the package.

Refunds:

We will process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note:

  • We will refund the full order amount to your original payment method; however, please note that the shipping cost (Rs. 150 per article) will be excluded.
  • We will issue the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping labels will be provided by our team.
  • Our courier partner will pick up the product from your delivery address.
  • If you want to exchange the product, there will be no charge for return shipping.
  • However, if you choose to return the product, the refund will exclude the shipping cost (Rs. 150 per article).

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as final sale items or personalized/customized products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific details.
