CUSTOMISED ORDERS
8–10 working days
If your selected product is out of stock and needs to be customised specially for you, please allow 8–10 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.

Any product bought from Kaftan.Ae can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:
